Grandma would be proud of you, Daniel tells Lucy. Summer says a few touching words to her niece before addressing everyone. If only we could know what happened that night – someone knows the truth. Chance sends a text requesting a search warrant ASAP. This is supposed to be a celebration of life, Kyle reminds. All are stunned when Summer invites Diane to come up and say a few words about her Mom.

Abby’s panicking about where she’ll put all her stuff; she’s just wheeled 2 large suitcases into the penthouse. Devon calms her down and points out all the flowers and bubbly on ice – welcome to your home ~kiss~

Vikki’s work is interrupted by flashbacks of kissing Nate. Her fantasizing is interrupted when Audra walks in the office to wonder what Vikki was thinking about.

Say anything – say what’s in your heart, Summer persists – you had a lot to say the last time I saw you with my Mom. Jack doesn’t think it a good idea. Phyllis watches with great interest. A floundering Diane tries (and fails) to throw Victor under the bus.

Devon has one more thing for Abby – her own set of keys. I love your for this, making this real, she gives him a kiss.

Diane stands at her table – she and Phyllis weren’t exactly friends, but uh, she loved her children. Daniel saves her by walking to the front to talk about how his Mom dazzled; she was unpredictable. Her intensity touched everything she did, for better or worse. He’s sorry they fought – that they spent so much time apart. I love you, Mom. Just a few feet behind Daniel, Phyllis manages to keep her emotions in check.

Vikki’s mind was on a new venture. No, nothing Audra can help with. But, she is impressed when handed the figures for the Langston deal. Excellent, that’s exactly what Vikki was going to ask for next. If Nate were promoted, you’d want to take his place, Vikki guesses.

Danny knows Phyllis’ spirit, humour and brilliance will live on in Summer, Daniel and Lucy. He sits at the piano to play a depressing song he wrote for Phyllis. As he sings, the nanny lets the police in with their search warrant.

Audra’s always looking for the next challenge – who knows what the future will bring? Vikki reminds her that Nate’s a new hire, Audra’s even newer. That’s fine, she intends to prove herself to Newman and Vikki.
