Mike’s so busy fidgeting nervously on a park bench that he doesn’t notice that Phyllis, in a dark wig, has sidled up beside him.

At the house, Tucker’s trying to take the perfect photo of Ashley. I’m the best thing that ever happened to you. No, I’m the best thing that happened to you. Diane walks in on them kissing – get a room.

Daniel shakes Jack’s hand at the GCAC – it’s a blessing you’re even talking to me. Jack doesn’t blame him for his Mother’s actions. Yes, Daniel’s keeping an eye on his sister. Jack then catches him gazing lovingly at Lily.

Billy’s on the phone – yes, Ashley should have notified the board that she’s leaving Jabot before it leaked to the press. He ends the call when Summer comes to Jack’s office to ask about Chelsea. She’s not ready to work at Marchetti, Billy’s then accused of freezing Summer out because she’s not with Kyle – so no longer family.

Lily tells Daniel and Jack that they should order champagne; Omegasphere has caught fire in South America. Jack congratulates them and leaves Daniel to agree that when you have good people in your life, you should let them know how much they mean to you.

What are you doing here? Don’t you have a job? Ashley mocks Diane. Shouldn’t you be exploiting your position to grind away at my father’s company? I love it when you use the word ‘grind’, Tucker mauls her until Diane huffs off.

Phyllis is out for some fresh air and sunshine. You know who else loves fresh air and sunshine? Christine, Mike warns. He’s seen that look before – it’s never good. Blaming Diane for Summer and Kyle’s break up, Phyllis vows to fix things.

Billy doesn’t want to banish Summer to Italy but you’re a good leader – go lead. I screwed up, she mopes. Jack joins them to suggest Summer get recommendations from Diane for a creative director. Politely declining, Summer leaves Jack to rant about Ashley – what has she become???

Lily’s impressed with Daniel’s birthday gift to her – a whole universe as Queen Lilian. How do I get a copy of this game? He thought she’d never ask.

Billy doesn’t know what Ashley’s thinking – can she take her patents and run – again? Jack doesn’t think so. Who knows how long she and Tucker have been working on this. He’s the poster boy for unpredictable. This could get very ugly.

Back at the house, Ashley isn’t so lovey dovey now that Diane’s left the room. She’s got a corner office and a man who’ll give her anything she wants – she’s not going anywhere, Tucker believes. Ashley thinks the only person who could finish her off once and for all is Phyllis.
