Dropping by the house, Summer’s disappointed when Diane tells her that Kyle already knows that Phyllis has been arrested (she wanted to tell him herself – how did he react?)

Kyle’s barely done knocking on the door when Audra, in a short, satin robe, yanks him into her suite to ravish him with a passionate kiss.

Lily’s placing framed photos in her new home when Daniel arrives with the news that his Mom’s finally done the right thing – and his suspicions about the eye witness willing to testify on her behalf.

Their dinner half eaten, Heather and Chris agree not to discuss Paul and disagree over Phyllis’s story (and whether her witness is credible)

In room 567, Kyle and Audra celebrate their new collaboration by having sex.

Summer insists that her Mom wants to end the feud between her and Diane. Where’s Kyle? Diane doesn’t know. She’s then stunned to hear that Phyllis wasn’t captured – she turned herself in.

The dinner’s cold but the debate between Heather and Chris is heated (given her history with Phyllis, shouldn’t the DA recuse herself?)

This EMT just showed up after deciding to come clean out of the blue? Daniel’s not sure it’s a ‘happy coincidence’. It seems ‘off’ to him. Lily’s sorry – are you the loving son or a fool? (kinda weird that Lily’s putting photos of Neil in the same places Devon just removed them from – he couldn’t have gone to Walmart to print off some copies?)

Summer again asks where Kyle is. Diane truly has no idea – maybe he went looking for you.

Kyle’s mildly annoyed when Audra checks her phone to see if Nate’s updated her on what’s going on with the Newmans. He’s got it under control, no need for Kyle to look into it. Summer told me to watch my back, she doesn’t trust you, he confides – should I? As long as you don’t cross me, Audra purrs – you’ll be fine.

Chris wonders why Phyllis would turn herself in – she somehow knew Carson would back her up (but how?)

Diane claims to be supportive of Kyle and Summer’s marriage – don’t give up hope yet. You make him happy – and if Kyle’s happy, so is she.
