Nate basically tells Audra to calm down – the news isn’t all bad. You’ll be Nikki’s second in command. Great – she doesn’t like or trust me, Audra sulks. Where does that leave me? Kyle wonders.

Jack again thanks God that Diane saved Ashley. ‘AM I’ making too much of this? The thought of losing you … let this gift of life be our olive branch, he pleads – come back where you belong. Ashley looks uncomfortable.

Jack nags Ashley until she offers to tolerate Diane – if she behaves yourself. If she takes one misstep, I’ll be back. Jack misses his sister. I missed you, she takes his hands.

Having similarities with Adam is a sobering thought to Billy. I’m a narcissist, you’re just a screw-up, Adam suggests that Jack’s not the one waiting for Billy to screw up. Billy, himself, is.

Your name didn’t come up, Nate says honestly. Audra can convince Nikki to bring him onboard – unless she’s holding something over you. If she knows we’re involved, things will get ugly FAST, Kyle warns.

Kyle appreciates Audra ‘having his back’ but won’t hold his breath (since he’s divorcing Victor’s granddaughter) Thanking Nate for the heads up, Kyle leaves him to disapprove of Audra having no feelings for poor, smitten Kyle.

Billy wouldn’t mind knowing what info Adam’s keeping secret – thanks for the tease, it was intriguing while it lasted, he leaves disappointed.

Ashley needs to think and talk to Tucker before deciding if she’ll start a new company. Take all the time you want, Jack’s just glad they’re no longer enemies ~hug~

At the ranch, Audra thanks Nikki for inviting her. Tea would be lovely. Both women are overly polite until Nikki’s voice chills – mind telling me what the hell you’re doing with Kyle Abbott?!

Drop the act; you know I’m not referring to Newman Media – it’s about your fling with Kyle, Nikki also wonders if it’s just the men in her family who turn Audra so vicious. Audra’s not comfortable discussing her personal life with her new boss (which confirms that Nate told her) Am I in or am I out? Audra wants to know.

Running into one another in the park, Kyle and Summer have a friendly chat about Harrison, Marchetti, Newman Media. He’s not sure how Victor’s shake up will affect him. You’ll survive, you always do, Summer smirks.

Ah, Newman’s golden boy. If the sash fits, right? Adam taunts Nate. Ironic that Victor fired his son and kept you. Don’t get too comfortable, he warns and exits.

Though Nikki’s ‘every instinct’ tells her not to give Audra a chance, one one condition. Back off so Kyle can reconcile with Summer.

Summer tells Kyle that Heather’s doing some pro bono work, so will be handling her divorce. We both need to move on right? Both need to get back to the office. He looks sadly at Summer’s retreating back.

Jack’s apology tour continues at CL’s. He’s sorry and so is Ashley.

Back in her suite, Ashley sighs as she flashes back to John asking her to make the first move in mending fences with Jack. She sends Tucker a text asking that they take a honeymoon (so she can figure things out)

Next week; Heather eavesdrops as Phyllis asks Daniel if his ex being back in town is stirring up some old feelings …Nikki’s not quite ready to talk to Kyle about Newman Media – she’d rather discuss what the hell he’s doing with his life… The way Billy sees it, there’s only one person at Jabot who’d do whatever they can to protect his father’s company, and you (Diane) are looking at him.
