At CL’s, Kyle greets Claire with a kiss. Oh, young love – how it warms Ester’s heart. Oh – you haven’t said the L-word yet? You’re the perfect couple – what are you waiting for? Kyle and Claire squirm.

Diane badgers Traci – I’m here for you. Talk to me. She doesn’t want to come off pushy – sorry if I overstepped. Traci sighs.

With Amy asleep upstairs, Nate updates Audra on Lily’s accusations and Damian’s denial. Lily’s source? Your former boss – Victor Newman.

Victor’s about to leave his house when Lily arrives – Damian adamantly denies knowing about her and Devon before Nate contacted him. Is what you told me the truth???

That was awkward, Kyle and Claire agree. Ester has no filter. Taking a sip of her Tiramisu Latte, Kyle gets whipped cream on his nose. Agreeing to go out for dinner with him, Claire wonders why he’s in such a good mood.

Damian adamantly denies targeting us, Lily questions Victor’s intel. He stands by his information and his sources. Dumar is trying to make inroads in GC – he’s up to something nefarious and Victor’s about to find out what – he might be after more than just your company, he warns.

Victor must be working some angle, Audra’s sure. Nate relays that Lily trusts Victor (who’s trying to make amends for taking Chancellor) She’s no fan of mine, Audra wonders if Lily will have her investigated too. No, there’s nothing to find out – I’m an open book. Nate suggests Victor was given wrong information. Audra has a third option – Damian’s playing them all.

Traci doesn’t want to burden Diane with her personal problems – there’s nothing to worry about. You can trust/confide in me, Diane persists – she hopes that one day the Abbotts will truly accept her. What are you two talking about? Jack appears to ask.

What else could Dumar be after? Lily wonders. Yes, we’re on the same team, Victor will share what he learns and will help her and Devon keep their company out of that mans’ clutches. You’re both important to me and he wants to heal the rift. Victor suggests Dumar’s the one who’s lying to Damian – to turn you against him. Maybe he thinks Damian’s a threat to him. It’s up to you and Devon to protect yourselves and Winters.

Over wine, Nate explains why he trusts Damian. He was genuinely surprised by Lily’s accusations. That and Amy’s belief in her son convinced him. Nate trusts the brother who’s stepped up for his mother.
