Victoria tells her Mom that Adam and Chelsea are concerned about Dad too. Phyllis is also missing – Dad may have gone after her. Vic hopes so – because she has a plan.
At the GCAC, Adam’s not interested in his dinner. He’s wondering what’s next – what deal did Dad make with Lily to get her to side with us over Cane. What will we have to give up?
Nick’s going to the pharmacy for a refill. You said you had more pills at home – you can’t be out already, Sharon knows. Yeah, Nick has some at home but sometimes getting a refill takes time – he wants them to be ready when he needs them. He declines Noah’s offer to drive him. As to what grandpa’s doing – hopefully not something he can’t come back from. Nick starts twitching. Are you sure you’re feeling OK? Sharon’s observant.
Victoria’s flying to Milan to see if Summer will side with them against her Mom. She and Daniel hate what she’s done. Nikki’s not sure it’ll work. Just watch me, Victoria’s determined.
Your speech sounds different, Sharon’s suspicious. Nick’s just less tense – the pill really kicked in. He doesn’t crack a smile at Noah’s joke and no, he doesn’t need a nap. We have a legacy to save.
Adam’s trying to figure out his Dad’s long game and who will be most affected by the fallout of his deal with Lily.
Nate doesn’t want Devon to get worked up – be thankful that Dom’s home safe and sound. When he mentions a deal Lily was working on, Devon finds it odd that they haven’t heard from her.
As Mariah sheepishly listens from a few feet away, Chris defends her client (who’s free to live her life) Abby thinks Mariah should be in treatment – where she can’t accidentally run into my son (or any other kid she decides to claim as her own)
Nate agrees – it’s odd that Lily hasn’t called. Should we start worrying? Devon asks.
Adam needs to figure out what Lily was promised. Chelsea assumes it’s Chancellor. That’s the obvious option but Adam gets the feeling he’s going to be the one who’s screwed.
Summer and Phyllis have a strong bond, Nikki’s not sure she’ll turn her back on her mother. That bond is our secret weapon, Victoria wants to go after Phyllis from all sides – that includes the inside.
The Judge, based on psychiatric evaluations, ruled that Mariah’s free until she goes to trial, Chris explains. The experts didn’t talk to us, or Dom – do they know she planned to go to Mexico? They don’t believe Mariah’s a danger, Chris reiterates. If only I could believe that, Abby huffs.
Nick will catch up with Sharon and Noah later. Did he seem OK to you? Sharon’s left to ask. He’s better than OK, Noah’s glad his Dad’s not in pain. Sharon’s never seen Nick act like that before – something’s definitely off.
