Sally doesn’t want Ruby to spit up on Adam’s suit. Reminded that he was the first to hold her, she reluctantly hands Ruby over. Both laugh when she burps.
Victoria’s lighting candles when Kyle comes back – and is straddling Kyle when Billy bursts in – what the hell!? Of course, Victoria’s just having a dream.
As Cane watches in silence, Billy updates Kyle on Jill’s condition then asks questions about his meeting, assuming it’s about Jabot. Why does it sound like you got caught with your hand in the cookie jar? he asks when Kyle gets increasingly defensive.
Sharon suggests Matt’s been put in a dungeon somewhere (something Victor would do) I’m not my father, Nick’s indignant. You’re acting like him, Sharon knows Nick’s lying to her and wants ‘the whole story’.
Tired of the arguing, Cane tries to escape. Billy gets him to sit back down – let’s toast to something we can all agree on. To Jill’s recovery, the three men clink their glasses.
It’s ‘not what I think’!? Are you serious!? Billy’s incredulous. It just happened, Victoria begs him not to tell her father. Finally chiming in, Kyle blames HER for bringing him to a place they could get caught by her ex. This was all a mistake, Victoria now wakes up on the sofa.
When Adam gently puts a sleeping Ruby down, Sally’s awestruck – how’d you do that? You’re a great dad – maybe you and Chelsea will have another child. Adam doesn’t think so, but he’ll be happy to share his baby-secrets with Sally.
Back on the patio, Sharon doesn’t believe Nick; Matt only agreed to check himself in because I agreed to treat him. She’s sad Nick doesn’t have faith in her.
After showing off photos of Ruby on his phone, Billy announces that Victoria’s also in London – quite the coincidence all of us showing up in London. Victoria seemed eager to get him out of the apartment – her meeting must be important. Speaking of meetings, Kyle leaves because he has an early flight to Paris tomorrow.
Back on the patio, Nick and Sharon continue to butt heads about Matt. He’s not your responsibility – it’s finally over, Nick reiterates. You don’t WANT it to be over and that scares him.
Sally tells Adam that Billy sang a lullaby to Ruby over the phone, then relays her visit with the Abbotts. As he’s about to leave, she asks Adam why things are ‘weird’ between them now.
