You interrupted the last surgery you sat in on, Bishop tells Nate that he can watch a live stream of the surgery. Thinking it would be more beneficial for Nate to be in the operating room, Stephanie overrides Bishop (who doesn’t like that one bit)
Bishop respects Dr Simmon’s authority but ‘you’re overstepping in MY department’ – AND I’m Dr Hastings’ proctor. Never mind, Nate doesn’t want to be a distraction. Stephanie appreciates him withdrawing his request. After Bishop goes to ‘prep’, she complains – that man is working my last nerve.
At the club’s bar, Kyle tells his Dad that his meeting’s been cancelled. Work has been piling up since his trip to London. You mean Paris, Jack corrects. Um yeah – Kyle’s still jet-lagged but should be able to find time to get more sleep now.
Across the room, Victoria asks her Mom why she came on so strong with Kyle. Nikki had a run in with Diane and admits she might be taking it out on her son. Victoria’s sure Vibrante’s launch will be a success. Nikki vows to leave Diane ‘in the dust’.
All applaud as Diane leads Christine back in. It’s Lily’s turn; Cane tags along to watch. Chris forgot how much fun modelling is. No, Ester won’t be modelling but misses Jabot’s frosted pink lipstick.
Yeah – work it baby, Cane cheerleads as Lily poses. Handing him a jean jacket that matches Lily’s dress, Diane sends him over to pose with Lily for some photos.
