Showing Gloria his injured hand, Jeffrey announces the he now KNOWS what William did - Gloria contaminated the cream that caused the death of a woman ...
Disappointed and disillusioned, Sharon runs back to the ranch (and ends up spending the night in the marital home she shared with Nick) - while Jack fails to convince her to come home ... While Nikki takes a turn watching over Vikki's baby, Vic summons Neil over - to call in Nikki's loan.

After Gloria reads John's letter before the committee, a disappointed Sharon confronts Jack for betraying John's trust ... Vic blasts Nikki for bringing her lover's letter into HIS home - and no longer wants her to stay at the ranch (resulting in her taking Phyllis up on her offer of spending the night in the tackhouse) .. While Gloria and Kevin dine in fine style, the Baldwin's spend their anniversary playing strip craps.

David's unhappy with the news that Nikki's moving back into the ranch to take care of Vikki ... Vic's also bought Nikki flowers (along with magazines and her favourite foods) to make her feel at home ... Continuing his appearance before the ethics committee, Jack defends his actions ... With her husband's support, Phyllis heads to Madison to support Jack ... Todd Schellar produces the 'dear Gloria' letter.

At the 'green' benefit, Neil's not happy to see Cane canoodling with Lily (who's filling in for Colleen). Wrapping up the evening, Heather realizes there's no chemistry between her and Cane - let's be friends ... Told that the baby has his blood type, Brad names his son 'Arthur'. JT's annoyed - he's O positive too! ... Deciding to move Vikki to the ranch, Nikki will be moving back too ... Phyllis and Nick spend an evening reconnecting over pizza, beer and video games.

With John, Jill and Gloria also in attendance (the ladies even given a chance to testify), Jack antagonizes the ethics committee ... The Newman's marvel over the miracle baby who kicks his left foot ... Victor lashes out at Maggie (who has the nerve to conduct her official police business at the hospital) ... Kevin vows to marry Jana - even if he has to break her out of prison to do so.

Amber disguises herself, and with the help of Kevin, plans to enter the Faces of Jabot contest ... Off to Wisconsin to face the ethics committee, Jack gives Ben the go ahead to hand over the Ji/Vic tape to the DA (but Ben gives it to Maggie instead) ... With Vikki still in a coma, her loved ones continue to fret over her and her tiny baby's .

During a photo op, Jack manages to shift focus to Victor (as a suspect in Ji's death) ... Picking Lily's brain, Jill and Gloria plan to cater to the younger consumer ... Lily's plan to find out how Cane feels about her is thwarted by Heather.

On a stolen laptop, Gloria sends numerous emails to the ethics committee regarding the evil Senator Jack Abbott ... While an independent guardian is assigned to make the decision regarding Victoria, Nikki avoids the summons to appear in court - and Brad appeals to be named guardianship of the unborn baby.

Thanksgiving is celebrated at the kids by the Winter's. the Abbott's - and Cane ... a lonely Amber is joined by Daniel at CL's ... The Baldwin's pass off Gina's take out as homemade - then stun Gloria with the news that Kevin's over at the prison proposing to Jana (who can't accept) ... At the hospital, Phyllis joins the group of folks holding vigil at Vikki's bedside.

Having overheard Lily`s true feelings, Karen renegs on spending Thanksgiving with the Winter`s.
