Chris asks that the Judge hold Noah accountable on all charges. Having heard both compelling arguments, the Judge has issues with Noah’s culpability and accountability. Court is adjourned whiles she makes her decision. Noah has a few words with Marisa, then thanks Billy for testifying in his favour. How can I ever repay you? Don’t ever let your grandfather talk you into anything again. There’s more chit chat – Leslie thinks it could go either way. Noah heads out to spend what might be his last free time with Marisa.

Accepting the room next to Faith’s, Shawn isn’t worried about the whole Fairview thing. Nick comes home to get an update that Shawn’s staying with them. After she goes to check out her room, Nick suggests getting Shawn her own apartment – she’s with us now full time? Do we kick her out when the baby comes? It’ll be hard on everyone if she watches us raise her baby.

In their suite, Noah and Marisa make use of their time as one would expect.

At CL’s, Sharon cuts off Dylan’s apology – just stop.

Natalie thinks Luca a snake. He just wants to be successful – has just taken advantage of situations. No, you stab people in the back. Natalie will take her chances (and exits)

Back at the club, Billy and Phyllis are both badgering Jack to stick with Passkey. He’s annoyed (but not surprised) that Billy already knows about Adam’s kidnapping. Billy suggests a vote. You two are teaming up against me? Jack somehow seems surprised.

Yes, Sharon’s upset, but not with Dylan – you did what you had to do. She noticed that he used the word ‘accident’ instead of ‘crime’ ~hug~ Dylan had to be honest, but hopes Noah doesn’t go to jail.

Luca gets a call. You did the right thing calling me – it’s a travesty – something has to be done, and it will be done.

Noah and Marisa cuddle in bed. I love you – you’re going to be my wife, he assures.

Nikki accosts Chris – she hopes Noah will be shown mercy if found guilty. No, she won’t make the same request re: Victor. His crimes are unforgivable. If you genuinely want justice and can help make that happen, you know where the DA’s office is, Chris exits.

If you don’t want me here, I’ll go, Shawn catches Nick complaining to Sage.

Jack can’t believe Phyllis and Billy are willing to risk going to prison over this. You might be ready to drive off a cliff but don’t expect me to watch (he leaves)

Next: You thought you could run this whole thing without me. Are you getting nervous now? Victor growls at Vikki …. If you miiss him, you can always come and see him – right Sage? Faith tells Shawn…. Billy glares at Nick as the Judge announces that she’s made her decision – will the defendant please rise for sentencing.
