Ben and Abby discuss Max’s progress. Ben thinks bringing Max is a bad idea, because missing one therapy session could be detrimental to his progress. Abby agrees and says she completely understands. Dylan, Sharon and Sully arrive, calling for a medic. Ben leaves with Sharon, while Dylan and Abby play with Sully.

Hilary asks why Lily and Ashley want her removed. Jack says its still up for discussion. He says the imagine Hilary has painted for herself with the drug trial is effecting the image of the foundation. Devon interferes and asks why he isn’t getting voted out, since he was financially backing the trial. Lily casually throws it out in the open that Hilary is a “media whore” and Devon isn’t. Neil jumps in, telling Lily to be respectful. Lily says she is just telling the truth and Ashley mentions all the lies that Hilary has told. Hilary finds it ironic that Ashley of all people is calling Hilary a liar when she has told her fair share of lies too. Ashley, offended, warns Hilary not to compare them two, and reminds her about blackmailing. Lily and Ashley continue to go on the attack. When they are finished, Hilary turns her attention to Jack, pleading her case, desperate for his approval. Phyllis, who has remained silent, stands up and accuses Hilary of “playing on her husband’s [Jack’s] kindness.” Hilary says its not true, but Phyllis continues. She says all that Hilary’s cares about is the Abbott name, and how Jack can help her reputation. The room falls silent.

A happy Jill and a dissatisfied Victoria, drink to the future. Jill tells Victoria about Cane and Billy tarnishing the company. Victoria says she definitely doesn’t want to be apart of the company then and then later asks for a more detailed explanation of what they are doing to the company. Jill looks up from her glass, proud for getting Victoria to show some interest.

Faith thanks Mariah for staying, even though she didn’t want to. Faith and Mariah bond over stars and the unity of their families.

Dylan tells Sharon a story of when Stitch and Dylan used to go camping with one another.

Abby looks at images of the lake house and thinks of when Ben invited her to the therapist to discuss Max’s condition. She calls the therapist and inquires about bringing Max with them on their vacation. Over the phone, she finds out she isn’t on the list as part of Max’s family.

In front of Devon, Phyllis accuses Hilary of trying to get with Jack. Hilary says that Phyllis has obviously given more thought about her marriage than Phyllis and Jack’s. Neil tries to control the situation. To himself. Billy says, “All in favor of the motion say ‘aye’.” Hilary is still trying to reason with Jack, saying all she tried to do was help accomplish his mission. Jack attempts to silence Hilary, but Hilary, more directed at Phyllis this time, says Jack came to her, talked to her and confided in her while Phyllis was AWOL. Lily tries to pipe in about Hilary abandoning Devon, but Devon tells her to stay out of it. Hilary stands up, defending her actions saying she thought she was dying, and tried to spare her husband any pain. When Hilary starts to go for Phyllis’ recklessness, Billy explodes and tells her to leave Phyllis alone. Billy says all the personal attacks are petty and the opposite of what the board is trying to accomplish. Neil agrees and suggests that Phyllis, Hilary and Billy all sit down. Jack announces the vote. Ashley starts, voting yes to remove Hilary from the board. Lily says yes. 2-0. Neil says no. 2-1. Phyllis, 3-1. Neil is against it, and since Hilary and Billy can’t vote, the deciding vote is Jack whose hands are tied. Hilary tells Jack the lawsuit will be settled by tomorrow and they will be paying the victims. With that, Jack votes to keep Hilary, which means she gets to keep her position on the board. Hilary gets up to shake Jack’s hand, while a disappointed Phyllis gets up to leave. Billy follows her and Phyllis tells Billy she can’t leave her marriage.

The waiter comes over with another drink for Victoria, who is evidently buzzed. She’s appalled by Billy’s marketing plan, falling right into Jill’s plan. Jill tells Victoria she doesn’t know what to do since she’s tried telling Billy his plan is ridiculous. Victoria says she knows exactly what to tell him but she has to call a cab. She downs the rest of her drink and walks away from a giddy Jill.

Ben has everyone fooled over Max’s progress, including Sharon and Dylan. Ben fixes up Sharon’s wound and leaves the room. Dylan is ready to go home, but Sharon has another idea.
