At the club’s bar with Jill, Lily would love for Devon to open his eyes but is tired of rooting for her brother’s marriage to fail. He must be sick of it – and so’s Lily. So you’re giving up on helping Devon? Jill asks. He’s a grown man, Lily concludes.

Billy updates Vikki – one of the models has cancelled. Oh no, where will we find one on such short notice!? When Jill calls, she knows exactly where to get a model on short notice (and looks over at Lily)

At home with a snack, Reed decides it would be a good idea to surf some ‘you must be 18 to enter’ websites on a laptop in the living room. As luck would have it, his Mom’s conveniently left a credit card in the desk.

Devon assures Hilary that he’s fine with Cane visiting – go visit GC Buzz. Drive safe honey. Now alone, Devon says he’s feeling better every day. He even had some flashes of being behind the wheel. And Hilary told him they kissed at midnight. Huh, Hilary told you that? Cane frowns. Yeah, why?

If you know something…. Devon questions Cane – who shrugs it off and makes a joke about the car. Devon again asks what happened that night – Cane again deflects. The lesson to be learned is that life is short – things can happen at any second.

At the station, Roz has to ask (as rumours are going around) Was Devon drunk? No! And Hilary’s not there to do a show – she’s there to sign paychecks and pick up messages. Paying a surprise visit, good pal Jack warns Hilary that too many people witnessed the fight to keep it a secret (and implies he should hear the truth from her)

Jill brings Lily in as a replacement model. Vikki and Billy are delighted to have one of Jabot’s best former models fill in. Let’s get you to wardrobe.

Reed quickly closes the laptop when the nanny brings Johnny and Katie in.

Reed tells the nanny that he was just looking at a video his friend posted online. He then goes upstairs to practice guitar – leaving his Mom’s credit card out on the desk.

What if Devon never forgives me? Hilary worries (and acknowledges that what she did was terrible) Jack knows that Devon was furious but he’ll get over it. This wasn’t a betrayal like Phyllis sleeping with Billy. Tell Devon the truth. Make a leap of faith. Jack believes only the truth can save a marriage.
