Snooping through Paul’s desk, Sharon finds a burner phone with one unknown number on it.

Alex thinks ‘Derek’ seems a bit uptight. Dylan hands over his phone and wallet – go ahead, search me. Alex has done her due diligence – but no one seems to have met Derek. Why is that? As Alex answers Dylan’s phone, Dylan blurts out ‘tell my boss why I haven’t met with Fisk’. Hello? Hello? Sharon bleats on the other end.

Sorry, wrong number, Sharon hangs up. Alex is suspicious. Only my boss has that number, Dylan claims. It was a woman – your boss is a man. You’re lying, Alex accuses.

Sharon’s looking for her keys when Kevin returns to Paul’s office. She hides them on Paul’s desk as Kevin searches.

Nick gives Vikki a pep talk. It’s not that bad raising a teenager. She’d rather Reed went to Nick with his questions (instead of Billy)

As Victor chats with Faith and Chelsea, Nikki tries to interest Reed in playing the cello. No? OK – come play your guitar at the ranch (which has many empty rooms) At the bar, Reed discreetly pours a shot into his glass of pop (as Noah eyes him from across the room)

Noah comes over to pour himself a drink and invite Reed to open mic night at Underground. Cheers.

Victor thinks about Adam every day – he’s glad Christian and Connor live on and hopes they’ll be as close as brothers should be. Chelsea hopes so too. Victor now gathers all at the table to guess why they’re all here (and chuckle at their replies) To the Newmans; a family like no other, he toasts.

Sharon, your keys, Kevin tells her to relax. If he talks to Dylan, he’ll relay that she’s doing well. Thanks, you’re a good friend, Sharon bolts.

Dylan convinces Alex to close the door on her guard dog. I lied, he admits. That was Amanda, Gavin’s right hand. Maybe Fisk should be talking to Amanda instead of YOU, Alex decides but NO, she’s NOT jealous. Prove that this Amanda person means nothing to you. No – a kiss is not enough. As Alex rips his shirt off, Dylan looks trapped.

Ready to go, Vikki summons Reed over. Nick and Chelsea chat about what a great kid Noah is. He asks her to stay a bit longer. She can’t say no to wine – cheers.

Now home, Sharon’s surprised when Noah drops by (she half hoped it’d be Dylan but appreciates the distraction) Noah reports the family dinner (for no apparent reason) Never mind that she wasn’t invited, Sharon couldn’t have gone anyway – she had something to do. I can’t really talk about it (then blabs that Dylan’s working undercover) I tried to contact him – it was a mistake. Dylan will do what it takes to come home, they’re sure.
