Arriving at the Baldwins, Ester gives Kevin a hug – that’s wonderful news! She then hugs Uncle Mike and Aunt Lauren – and Bella has cousins! Ester knows Kevin will take good care of Bella. And he vows to make sure she spends lots of time with her grandmother (though he’s not sure about moving into the estate) First, he needs to tell Bella that he’s her father.
Giving Reed his wallet, Kendal stands at the door long enough to be invited in. The wallet was on the floor, she lies. Tessa seems to see right through ‘guardian angel’ Kendal. Shown to the door, Kendal manages to turn a thank you hug into a kiss (as Tessa watches in amusement)
Back at the club, Jack assures Abby that Victor will never know they’re working together. But the whole point for Abby was proving her idea a success to Vikki and her Dad. Abby calls Farah to update that she’s accepted Jack’s offer to buy the warehouse. Once she’s alone, Ravi approaches her. Yes, your Mom’s worried about you. Tell her I’m fine, better than fine actually, Abby bounces out.
After sharing dessert with Scott, Sharon has to ask; why me? I come with baggage, kids, marriages etc. Yes, she DOES think Scott can do better. You’re smart, funny, attractive, Scott wishes Sharon would stop putting herself down. Yes, he really DOES want to see if there’s anything between them. Sharon’s left to look optimistic.
At the park, Kevin pushes Bella on the swings then tells her that Mommy left them a gift – you’re my daughter. You get to live with me. We can do fun Daddy-daughter things. Yes, Bella’s happy about that. Kevin promises to always love and be there for her ~hug~
Billy appreciates Phyllis’ support and wishes she’d been at the police station with him. No man has ever told Phyllis she makes things ‘easier’. You’ve been with the wrong men, Billy says with a kiss.
