Vikki describes how the fight escalated with JT. No, he didn’t hit me – but Mac saw the pattern and finally decided to do something about it. Vikki’s sorry Mac and her kids were collateral damage. Well, that’s not Vikki’s fault – Mac blames JT; he hurt us, your Dad, our kids. We must find JT. Vikki’s not sure that’s possible.

After Abby convinces her that she has no swimming lesson tonight, Dina introduces ‘John’ (Jack) to her new friend … uh, uh Kyle. Taking a seat, she whispers that John can’t know any of this – he’d get suspicious. Now alone with Jack, Kyle wonders if Dina thought he was Brent Davis.

Mac’s now at CL’s to update Sharon and Nick that she had a difficult conversation with Vikki (about JT abusing her) She opened up to you? Nick seems surprised and mildly annoyed. Heading off to Vikki’s, he hopes she’ll open up to HIM too. Sharon makes a beeline to the patio to update Phyllis (Nick wants Vikki to be able to tell him ‘anything’) Fine, I’ll have to handle it, Phyllis leaves Sharon in her dust.

Shrugging it off, Jack thinks Dina might be confusing Kyle with an old chauffeur; who knows? She had many affairs. Yes, John knew – thankfully he never knew the truth about Ashley. Jack’s spent a lifetime trying (and failing) to live up to John’s memory. Abby returns to hear Jack pledge to be a better Father (and Kyle will be a better son)

Vikki’s not happy when Nick drops by to say that Dad told him what JT did to her. You’re not alone – I’m going to find JT, he vows. But when he presses her for ‘leads’, Vikki’s saved by the (door)bell. What are you doing here? Nick asks. What are YOU doing here? Phyllis informs him that it’s girls night.

As Vikki’s showing Nick out the door, Sharon ducks out of sight behind a tree. What happened? she comes in to ask after Nick leaves. Vikki gets it – you both thought I’d cave. Sharon again wonders if they’ve made a mistake. What if not telling the police has made things worse? Mac and Nick are now on the list of people looking for answers. Sharon wonders if she’s better off in prison than living with this guilt. I need some air, she rushes out.

Devon’s ready to have kids, Lily’s sure. Why didn’t he try to have one with Simone? Neil wonders. He’d already made this agreement with Hilary (who then comes to pick up some notes) Lily correctly guesses she was hoping Devon was here. You haven’t talked to him have you? she goads – you really blew it. Neil congratulates Hilary and tries to calm Lily down. Go ahead, Hilary challenges – your niece or nephew will never know you.

Shots? Are we celebrating? At the bar, Jack tells Devon that he saw Hilary’s announcement and wonders why he’s not happier. Devon just needs to sort some things out. Jack blathers on about his Dad loving him from the moment of conception. Oh, how I loved and wanted to be like him. Jack wishes he was around more for Kyle. His advice to Devon? Put the work in from day 1. Don’t let your feelings for your child’s Mother affect the child.

Sharon’s at the park. Haunched down and looking anguished into the dirt-pit they threw JT into.
