Don’t do this to yourself, Billy stops Jack from drinking more. Dad was good to you; the love you shared is still right here – that’s what makes a family; our family. That’s never going away. Let’s go home – everyone’s probably worried about you. Victor saunters over to say it’s such a shame the movie ended in such an unexpected way. No one should find out their parentage in such a brutal manner. Victor’s left to smirk as Billy steers Jack out.

Pouring himself a drink, Kyle claims that having bad feelings about his Father doesn’t mean he hates him and wants him to suffer. I’ve always been an outsider in this family – trying to get my Dad to notice me. We all know who DID take notice; my Father took you under his wing, Abby scowls. Ashley and Abby point out that Victor’s usually fond of people he can use – and both know he expects a good return on those he invests in. Kyle wonders if Jack will still be seen as a Saint now that the truth is out. And how can Ashley defend Jack after he used her paternity against her? Traci comes down to scold them all – we’re all Abbotts. Arriving with Billy, Jack doesn’t know what to say, except that he needs them all – ‘more than you’ll ever know’.

At CL’s, Charlie worries that he’ll be blamed – maybe he got sloppy in his editing. ‘What the mind can’t remember, the heart never forgets’ – that was you, Lily and Cane praise Charlie’s movie. If it wasn’t my fault, who ruined it for the Abbotts? Charlie still wonders.

Abby tells Jack that the scene she filmed was never supposed to be in the movie. Ashley adds that Abby came to her and they had a DNA test done. The results? Jack’s brief moment of hope is dashed. I’m so sorry, Abby whispers.

Jack’s hurt that Ashley and Abby kept this secret from him. Abby hoped it wasn’t true. But when you had proof, you continued to keep the secret, Jack points out. Ashley wanted to spare him the pain she knows all too well. No, Traci wasn’t in on it – no one else knew. Kyle feels they lost something huge today and looks unimpressed when Jack goes on about his loving Father. I’ve spent my entire life trying to live up to his example. If I don’t have that… Jack chokes up.
