As for Kyle, he did some ‘jerk things’ when he came back to town but he’s on your side. Jack thinks Summer can patch things up with her Mom too. Relieved that it’s Nick coming down from a shower, Sharon and Nikki tell him that JT’s on the grounds. As Nick looks out the window, Nikki leaves an urgent message for Victor – JT’s here and may be coming for you.
Jack updates Summer that Kyle’s been arrested for digging up Philip’s grave. Is that the kind of ‘out there’ stuff he was saying at Billy’s party? Yeah, but Summer thought he was joking – sorry! When Jack rushes off, Summer chases after him.

Mariah’s aghast to hear that the cops haven’t been called. No! Sharon, Nikki and Nick are all in agreement. Paul created this situation by sending JT to spy on Victor. We’ll handle this within the family. Nick orders the ladies to stay inside – call security and let them know I’m out there looking for JT. Don’t do anything crazy, Sharon sees Nick out.
Yes, Nate’s a doctor – who was asleep. Hilary spoke to a doctor online (who said she’s fine) but wants a second opinion. Too bad – Nate has no desire to be her doctor. Hilary doesn’t want to call Devon (he’s scouting artists across the country) Nate suggests Devon just wanted to get away – life with you must be exhausting. Hilary will tell Devon all about this. Jack called Ester over and told her it’d be worth her while. Ester was terrified and can’t stand to think about poor Philip’s grave. Apologizing, Kyle disagrees with Summer – it wasn’t the alcohol. He’ll pay to fix the mess. No, Ester will leave that to the gardening team (and try to convince Jill to let it go) After Ester and Summer leave, Jack glares at his son.
