Neil won’t break Ashley’s confidence and knows she won’t play second fiddle to Billy for long. Ashley will do what’s best for Jabot. It feels good to be back and she’s optimistic about the future. Neil thinks she left just in time. But no, he won’t abandon Victor in his time of need. Admirable, but Ashley thinks Neil should look out for himself. Appreciating his heads up on the storm brewing at NE, she has a confidential tip of her own.

Summer didn’t like Ashley kicking her out of Billy’s office earlier. He’s running the company his way – Ashley will get onboard, or not. After Phyllis leaves, Billy needs Summer to keep her Mom busy tonight while he plays poker. No, he can’t buy Jaboat back from Sinead. He’ll have to win it. Tomorrow, everything goes back to the way it was, he’s confident.

Back on the rooftop, Ashley tells Neil that Newman’s IT will have to find a new home for its data because the leak was an inside job. Digi-Real will be looking to find a new customer. HWG needs massive storage for its music streaming service right? Be preemptive, Ashley advises – contact the CEO and let them know you know me. Take the same rate NE had – no muss, no fuss. Neil’s pleased – this could be a huge win for Hamilton Winters.

Downstairs, at the club’s bar, Jack tells Kyle that he’s decided to run the DNA test on Philip’s bone fragment. He doesn’t need Chancellor Industries – but he needs to know who he is.

Nick ends a call with Britney and updates Vikki and Sharon that the social worker’s finished her evaluation. The arbitrator will decide by the end of the day whether Nick or his Father gets custody of Christian.

Next: Nick and Sharon prepare for the future… Nate gets comfortable … Hilary points Phyllis in the right direction.

My Thoughts: Where are Chris and Paul? Victor has a team of investigators looking out for JT – Nick has a team looking for JT. And the feds/cops who initially hired him have no interest? And I’m still wondering why they completely dropped the whole global fixing investigation that was so important they hired JT to infiltrate the Newman’s company and family. ‘Victor Newman’s finally going down’ – now he’s been given guardianship of a toddler…. Silly Billy. It’s not a matter of if you get busted, it’s when and by whom. Your secret certainly isn’t safe amongst gamblers and your stepdaughter. But Summer does raise a good point – people are going to wonder where this expensive yatcht is. Perhaps Ashley will want to take it out for a spin.
