At Society, Devon talks about a plaque and stage honoring Neil. Agreeing it’s a good idea, Abby asks Devon how he’s doing. She sees him going through the motions – but really – how are you? Devon’s grateful for having Ana, Jet, Elana.
Mia would never hurt you, Arturo tries to cover up his confession. Lola quickly clues in – Mia thought she was attacking Abby!? Abby appears to scowl at Arturo – what are you doing here? Flinging off her work coat, Lola has to go – I’ll be back before dinner, she exits with Arturo following closely behind.
Lauren’s surprised Jack passed on Phyllis’ proposal before reading it. Yes, Phyllis is Phyllis – but she’s lost everything and trying to get back on her feet. Jack thinks bringing her back too risky. She’s trying to create a brand here. In that case, Mariah touts the project Kyle’s working on – he’s looking for hot new artists for his campaign – have a look at the website. You do your job, I’ll do mine, Ana won’t even entertain the idea. I’ll see you at the studio, she tells Tessa before marching off. What the hell are you doing?! Tessa snaps at Mariah.
At CL’s, Mariah stands her ground as Tessa blasts her for provoking Ana. OK, I was snarky – but Mariah was merely trying to give Ana the benefit of her experience. Give this a chance, Tessa implores. Ana wants to turn you into somebody else, Mariah frets. Talk to me – what’s going on? Tessa wants answers. It’s nothing – drop it, please, Mariah then admits that she doesn’t want what she loves about Tessa to disappear.
Ana comes home to whine to Devon that Mariah’s a pain in the …. she needs to learn to keep her mouth shut. No, she doesn’t need here big brother to run to her rescue. Ana changes the subject – she got a call from Mike – he’s been trying to reach you about the reading of Neil’s will.
On the patio, Lola confronts Mia – who swears she would never hurt the woman she thinks of as a sister.

Ana gets it – it’s too soon to do the whole will thing. Devon knows he can’t put it off forever. He’ll call Lily and get back to Mike. Ana gives him a hug and lists all the people who love him. Come to the studio. Devon declines – he’s good. Left alone, he looks over some LP’s with a sticky note from Neil.

His client list has some big names – like Jenna Marble – she’s lit, Summer adds. If they hashtag Jabot Collective, it’ll explode. Admitting he had doubts about them working as a team, Jack wants a full report – then leaves for a meeting. Where are you going? Summer stops Kyle – Jack says we need to get on this right away. First thing tomorrow, Kyle says. If he’s running off to reassure his insecure girlfriend, yeah – she has a problem with that.
Abby joins Lola in confronting/accusing Mia. You came after ME and and nearly killed HER. You entitled bitch – you don’t have the spine to own what happened that night, Mia hisses – and swears she didn’t know Lola fell into the pool. I pushed you and ran. I didn’t mean to hurt anyone! Abby pulls out her phone – I’m calling the police. Don’t let her do this! Mia appeals to Lola. Getting no response, Mia runs out.
