Adam didn’t come to upset Vikki; ignoring her hostility, he knows she does a good job at NE; numbers are up since you became COO. Vikki doesn’t need Adam’s praise. Well, you’re sure as hell not getting it from Victor – you’re vastly underappreciated there. Dad repays your years of hard work by putting me in charge after less than a week in GC. Both Nick and Vikki congratulate Adam on his new job. Adam would rather play poker than be someone’s puppet, running a company he doesn’t care about. He’s ready to turn his back on everything. For a price, Nick assumes. Adam only wants three little things.

Surprise!!! Sharon and Faith shout. ‘Welcome Home Rey!’ the banner reads. It was my idea – Mom helped a little, Faith jokes. Rey knows this is a big deal for Faith so has brought her a gift – some books that completely win her over. I can’t wait to dig in – thank you Rey – maybe it won’t be so bad having you here after all, she smiles. Rey suggests a deal – if you ever have a problem, talk to me or your Mom. We’ll work it out. Good – it’s time for our first family meeting, Faith decides.

On the CL’s patio, Jared snarls at Mariah – how do you do it?- pretend to care about your viewers? I didn’t want to throw that brick through the window. You left me no choice. Now that I’m here, you can’t deny there’s a connection. Calm on the outside, Mariah’s terrified on the inside.

Joking about how much luggage Kyle’s brought, Lola hopes she made enough room in the closet. She took the night off work so will cook while Kyle unpacks. He has other plans ~kiss~

Tessa comes down in some sort of brightly coloured metallic dress under a blue furry sweater. You look amazing – this is exactly what we were going for; edgy, unpredictable, Ana raves as she snaps photos with her phone. Trying to look comfortable, Tessa can’t wait to see what else Ana has lined up.

Adam just wants to get as far away from GC as he can. He needs money to start a new life. How much? The same amount you won in the lawsuit against our Father. Nick chuckles – he gave his 500 million away to charity. Vikki hid hers from Dad. Yeah, but you know the company like the back of your hand – you can make it happen. You’re asking her to embezzle corporate funds from NE? Nick’s disgusted. What else does Adam want? The whereabouts of Chelsea and Conner. And his third request; Chrisitan – I want my son.

Faith tells Rey the rules of the house. Then there’s soccer. Futbol, Rey corrects – then agrees not to run up and down the sidelines screaming. One more thing – after dinner, you load the dishwasher, Faith whispers. Nice try, Sharon says – but is pleased when they decide to share the chore. The most important rule – keep my Mom happy. See ya, Faith runs upstairs. Agreeing that Faith likes him, Rey and Sharon kiss.

Mariah understands why Jared’s upset. He’s not anymore – he accepts the truth that Mariah’s a thoughtless piece of trash masquerading as a decent person. Tessa arrives – who in the actual hell are you!? Jared – the guy who sent the message. Oh, brick boy – that’s a felony. Tessa takes a photo of him. I push one button and send this photo to the cops and we’ll rain hell on your world! Not one word – just go! Tessa sends Jared scurrying out. Now seated, Mariah insists Tessa give the ‘deets’ on her day. It was awful, Tessa admits – totally unrecognizable. You or the song? Both. The heart and soul of the song was eviscerated. There was none of me left in it. Shown a photo of ‘the’ outfit, Mariah’s stunned speechless – oh… wow. What should I do? Tessa whines. Be honest with yourself, Mariah supports Tessa no matter what she chooses.

No way in hell! As the only Father Christian has ever known, Nick will fight Adam with everything he has. You will lose, Adam says with confidence. Nick reminds that he switched the paternity results to show Christian was his. You’ve been in Vegas doing God knows what. You asked me to raise Christian as my own. Adam wants to start a new life with his son – far away from Victor. We have a lot to process, Vikki interjects to prevent a fight. Jotting down his number, Adam says the sooner we do this, the sooner I’m gone. Clock’s ticking.
