Buttoning up her blouse, Vikki’s sorry she has to go to the office to make a call to Australia. Now alone, Billy needs to work off some of this energy – but not with a workout. You need something else. He gets out a pen and paper to write a note that begins ‘Hey beautiful’.

Does what I did involve Celine Devon, a buffet and loaded dice? Chance is scolded for bad jokes and told to get real. Phyllis wants to know about the gun and duffel bag. I was undercover, Chance sees no reason why he should tell her anything. You should get a job. Great speech, Phyllis vows not to give up until she finds out the truth.

At Society for some takeout, Vikki basically confirms that she just had sex with Billy. Abby doesn’t want to jinx things by revealing what she’s excited about and sends her sister off with her to-go food.

Billy turns up at the seedy bar. Have a seat, Amanda greets him.

Phyllis, a giant pain in the ass, follows Chance to the bar – she’s not buying his innocent, good ole boy act. Keep digging, Chance invites – if your life’s so empty. Phyllis wanders off to think about that.

Chelsea’s at Nick’s to pick up some stuff before Connor wakes up and realizes she’s gone. Nick understands but Christian doesn’t – he asked if you and Connor were ever coming home (and couldn’t answer because he doesn’t know himself)

Seeing champagne on ice at the bar, Abby’s amused to hear about Chance’s run-in with Phyllis – and hopes he’s taking the job of head of security.

Here we are. Here we are. What’s wrong? Amanda asks. Billy’s life is perfect – but he’s not. Amanda’s starting over with a clean slate – no before or after – just this moment. Billy munches peanuts – he liked Hilary but wants to know more about Amanda. She admits she’s a woman with trust issues.

Abby’s not surprised that Chance is turning down her job offer but pleased that he’s decided to stick around GC. They toast ‘to the future’ and drink. How about we go out on a date? he invites.

It’s OK, your Mom’s coming back, Adam reassures Connor when he awakens on the sofa. Ignoring a call from Victor, he looks concerned as his son drifts back off to sleep.

Chelsea feels guilty that she’s not able to help Nick give Christian stability – but she has to help Connor. Nick understands but isn’t sure he can keep doing this – can you?

At the office, Vikki sends Billy a text – love you, love our life xo.

Billy’s at the bar bonding with Amanda. I should be getting home. To the perfect life you have. Yes, I do (but Billy doesn’t look enthused about going home to it)
