Nate’s at the ranch – we’ll know shortly whether Adam’s a match. Nikki, Nick and Victor implore Nate to give Faith a chance at a normal life. The plan is to get Adam in and out of the hospital as quickly as possible. Nick must stand by his word to help Adam escape. Nate’s duty is to his patient – he’s not an officer of the law. The Newmans are relieved. Nate will contact Victor’s surgeon once they know if Adam’s a match. Nick’s troubled – Nate’s career and my daughter’s life are in the hands of my wild card brother.
Adam’s upstairs showering when Nick comes by to update Sharon that Nate’s onboard. He’s getting everything ready so Adam can donate his kidney then be hurried out. Sharon admits that she told Rey everything – he plans on arresting Adam as soon as he’s donated his kidney. Both will focus on Faith recovering. Sharon leaves for the hospital after making a crack about Nick still thinking Adam guilty.
Chloe thinks Chelsea’s crazy of she’s thinking of confessing – you’ll lose Connor. And I’ll be outed as your accomplice. OK, Chelsea will go get Connor out of school – but who am I kidding? I can’t outrun Victor.
Nikki warns Victor that something could go wrong with the plan – Adam might be arrested. If the person who really poisoned Rey confessed, Adam would be cleared, Victor opines. And exactly how do you plan to do that? Nikki wonders.

Sharon gives Faith the good news – your Father and Adam are back. Surgery’s scheduled as soon as the test results come back. Victor’s flown the best surgeon in. How’s my favourite patient doing? Nate comes in to say that he can’t do the surgery himself because of his injury. Faith wishes he was doing the surgery and that Adam wasn’t the one giving her a kidney.
Rey finds Nick at Sharon’s. Given what’s at stake, he can’t imagine Nick coming back without Adam.
Lily and Billy sit for champagne and sappy talk. Oh, how empty his life would be without her in it. What do you think about moving in together? Lily would love to ~kiss~

Nikki knows Victor’s created a future for Adam here but if he’s innocent why wouldn’t he stay and clear his name? Chelsea’s very conniving. Yes, Victor would take Connor from the clutches of his unhinged Mother.

Don’t even think of helping Adam escape – that’s aiding and abetting, Rey warns. Nick needs Rey’s word that he won’t do anything until the surgery’s over. You have my word, Rey agrees. Having heard it all. Adam comes down the stairs.
