Sally informs Adam that Chelsea and Chloe signed a lease – the move is a done deal. She’ll miss barging into his office to annoy him whenever the mood strikes her. Adam would miss her unexpected pop ins but won’t block the move if it helps Chelsea move on. He has bigger concerns. Uh oh, what did your Dad do now?

Having heard about Victor’s latest ‘chess move’, Nikki’s in Vikki’s office to warn her (and Ashland) that he plans to be involved in Newman Media. If you purchase it, can you live with that? Vikki’s more concerned with bringing Adam onboard. Nikki’s unpleasantly surprised to hear he’s part of the deal.

Mariah comes back down from the apartment upstairs to note that a brownie’s magically appeared. She won’t feel sorry for herself (and lists all she has to be grateful for; including the best girlfriend in the world) Excuse me – fiancĂ©, Tessa corrects.

Fiancé is a beautiful word but wife is better. Tessa and Mariah decide on a Spring wedding and will meet later to make plans.

Lily returns to her office to get an update from Billy. He wastes little time relaying that Vikki still plans to go after Newman Media. It’ll be nice to watch Adam go down from the sidelines.

Sally badgers Adam until he swears her to secrecy – Victor’s considering selling Newman Media to Vikki. It feels like a vote of no confidence – because I was blindsided by Billy’s plan. Your loyalty means nothing to him? Sally’s aghast. Apparently not, Adam’s not sure yet how he’ll handle the matter.

Nikki could make peace with Adam remaining onboard. He only helped us in Italy to get on Dad’s good side. Look how that turned out, Vikki wonders who Adam will react to Victor selling his fiefdom.

Ashland thinks it’s wise to be wary of Adam and a good idea to have him in house to keep an eye on him. It’ll be a blow to his ego, Nikki knows. Vikki won’t let her guard down around Adam.

Adam’s not sure if he’s willing to work for his sister. My Father’s waiting to see how I’ll respond to his little game. Sally advises him to bide his patience until Vikki falls out of favour with her Father. Adam appreciates having someone in his corner. Always, Sally retorts.

Lily reports Devon’s good news. It couldn’t have gone any better, Billy agrees that Devon will be an amazing Dad. They agree that it couldn’t have been an easy decision for Abby and Chance.

After Devon and Amanda are welcomed in by Chance, Abby carries Dom down. No, we aren’t going out, Abby jumps at Amanda’s offer to video chat later. See you first thing in the morning, Abby tells Dom as she hands him over. You coming to Daddy’s house? Devon’s all smiles with his son in his arms. Thanking Abby and Chance, he leaves them to hug.

My Thoughts; What’s with the one sleeve shirts/dresses? Whenever there’s a new fashion trend, it seems like the wardrobe department gets a 4 for 1 deal. I still remember those hideous ‘wide-legged pants that almost look like a long skirt’…. Wait, what? First thing in the morning? Couldn’t Amanda have negotiated the visit to last until at least noon? I guess you get what you pay for, Devon… Can I just say that I think it’s shameful that TPTB can’t bring Doug Davidson back every once in a while to make an appearance as the chief of police… I don’t have Twitter but I sometimes check DD’s. I stumbled upon https://twitter.com/EBraeden and fell down a rabbit hole. Never thought I’d want to have a beer and watch a soccer match with Victor Newman, but he seems like a pretty cool and down to earth guy.
