Jack and Phyllis walks into TGP. While he’s marveling at the odds of three people they know being in the same car crash, she seems more troubled that Diane’s staying at her hotel. At least she agreed not to blindside Kyle, since he’s on his way to GC.

Upstairs, Diane paces and makes a sad face as she flashes back to Jack blasting her for coming to town. I just wanted to be close, she cries. Yes, damn right he hopes Kyle doesn’t want to see her.

At the apartment, Tessa encourages Mariah to leave a stammering message for Faith (who went to class) I love you, she concludes ~click~

Nick thinks Sharon should hold off on going to the morgue until she decides what to do about Celeste’s request. She wonders what to do – Rey made a life, here in GC. Nick suggests she think about what he would want.

Diane continues to flashback to her argument with Jack – he doesn’t believe she’s changed and can’t ignore what she’s done in the past. I don’t want you in our lives! he slams out.

Sure, Jack put Diane in her place but look what good that did – she’s still upstairs. Phyllis has ways of keeping an eye on Diane (and even knows how many times she’s ordered room service) Nikki should know that Diane’s alive, but she’s got a lot on her plate right now. Diane will stay hidden if she knows what’s good for her, Phyllis sounds confident.

Unable to stay in her room a moment longer, Diane grabs her invisible cloak and huge hat to scurry out the door.

Noah drops by Mariah and Tessa’s – he feels horrible but it’s not nearly as bad as what Mom’s going through. Maybe Dad can help her in way we can’t.

Sharon knows how much Rey loved Miami and his family. He’d want to be buried there, she thanks Nick for helping her make her decision and will call to make the arrangements.

Sharon verbalizes a list of what she’ll do to help Celeste. She gently declines Nick’s help – she needs to do this for Rey. Then she can focus on the wedding. Abby and Chance arrive with condolences and take out.

Noah continues to mope and reminisce with Mariah and Tessa. There was a quiet, beautiful intimacy between Sharon and Rey. Fireworks are nice but what they had could survive anything – Adam, cancer. Mariah suddenly feels guilty at a thought she’s just had – what’s wrong with me??

Phyllis and Jack accost Diane at the elevator – go back upstairs! No, you can’t go for a walk around the park. Don’t blow this up because you’re feeling a bit ‘antsy’. Nikki arrives, distracted on her phone.

Phyllis will send a masseuse and a bottle of wine up to Diane’s room. Let’s go, she all but shoves her guest into the elevator. Though Jack heads her off, Nikki’s seen enough to wonder what was going on – and who that woman was.
