Nate thought they decided the launch was the perfect place to announce their projects. Devon wants to just plant teasers. Billy suggests a compromise; announce two projects and tease that there’s more where that came from. Nate and Devon agree (Nate a little more reluctantly)
Imani talks about the team working towards a common goal, she can’t wait to see where it all leads. Elena agrees – and she’ll be with Nate every step of the way. Amanda joins them to thank Elena for easing their worries about Naya’s health. Happy to help, Elena’s quick escape leaves Amanda to scold Imani – what the hell are you doing?
Again reiterating that Nate is off-limits, Amanda has to go back home to grab a flashdrive before their meeting. Imani insists she has no agenda where Nate’s concerned.
Billy sidles up to Abby as she’s glaring at Diane (seated for lunch) – the nerve of that woman! Kyle’s giving her a second chance and footing the bill for her hotel, she adds. Thinking it possible that Diane has indeed changed, Billy goes over to sit with her. Abby’s glare intensifies.
Cassie’s been gone longer than she was with us, how is that possible? Sharon struggled on the anniversary of her death but got through it. Nick asks if there’s anything he can do. Yes, Sharon would like him to go to Cassie’s grave with her. He takes her hand across the table.
Receiving a text summoning her outside, Abby goes out to wonder why Chance didn’t just come inside. He wanted to give her this ~kiss~
Billy knows what it’s like to be the town pariah. He hasn’t forgotten what Diane did to Kyle but is more interested in what she’s doing now. Diane explains that Kyle and Summer might be moving back to GC, and if so she’s staying. Diane wonders if that makes Billy feel a little less friendly.
Coming home to hear Devon chattering to Dom on the monitor, Amanda heads upstairs – there’s my two favourite guys.
Nate tells Elena that he and Devon don’t see eye to eye on the launch party. Yesterday was a bit tense too. He hopes it’s just ‘growing pains’ – Devon’s used to making all the decisions. When Nate says he’s
feeling guilty about something, Elena looks terrified.
Nate feels guilty about not being able to spend as much time with Elena as he’d like and realizes that he should work around her schedule; make her his top priority. Starting to undress him, Elena will show Nate how much she loves him.
Billy wonders how Jack will react to Diane living in GC. He’s not happy that I’m here but will respect Kyle’s wishes, she thinks Jack a wonderful man and Father. Billy believes people can change (like himself) His opinion of Diane won’t change unless she gives him reason.
Chance is ready to close the last of Rey’s cases. Abby’s proud of him and knows Rey is too ~hug~
After visiting Cassie’s grave, Sharon and Nick are back at CL’s. She thanks him for helping her through this rough patch. You’d do the same for me, that’s what family’s all about. But, Nick looks troubled as they hug.
