After Kyle and Harrison go out to make a snowman, Diane thanks Summer for making this happen. Summer doesn’t appreciate her pleading with Kyle not to tell her that she worked with the feds to convict Stark. Of course he told me. You put him in a horrible position – and should know better, she scolds.

Thanking Chance for helping her clean up, Sharon doesn’t have anything to do til later. He’s happy to hear that Mariah and Tessa potentially have a baby to adopt – they deserve every happiness. So do you, Sharon smiles.

Summer’s not trying to start a fight with Diane but Kyle and Harrison are her number one priority. Diane can’t ignore who Summer’s Mom is – it must be hard to balance. Summer loves her Mom but won’t excuse her behavior – or turn her back on her. We’ll only have a problem if you try to make Kyle choose between his wife and his Mother. Diane’s sorry for her mistake – it won’t happen again.

Finding Society closed, Ashley pulls out a key. Abby won’t mind us using the kitchen and long as we clean up.

Elena discourages Nate from acting on his suspicions. Give it up. She thought he was over thinking he had to bring someone else down to lift himself up. Focus on fixing things with your family.

Across the hall, Abby’s reciting the same spiel. Listing everything Devon has going for him, she hopes he’ll focus on that and not worry about Nate. What would Neil say? You two betrayed one another and forgave one another. He wouldn’t like that you and Nate are so disconnected on this of all days.

Jack’s sorry that he’s made the holiday uncomfortable for Traci. Both hope things will get back to normal. Wishing Jack a Merry Christmas, she goes up for a glass of wine and a bath. Jack calls Kyle to ask how things are going. When are you coming home? Kyle’s not sure – why do you ask? Jack’s not convinced Jeremy will leave town as he said he’d do (when he gets the rest of the money) So, my Mother’s still in danger, Kyle says – as Diane comes in.

Isn’t this nice? Us working together? In synch? Tucker’s chopping vegetables as Ashley spoons him a sample of her dressing. Tucker was an apprentice chef before his car crash. What’s next? she asks. Lunch.

Thanking Sharon for being great company, Chance won’t dump his issues on her – it’s Christmas. OK, Sharon will share her issues – she misses Rey.

With Devon upstairs, Abby sends Elena a text asking if the four of them could get together for a drink. No, Devon doesn’t know she’s asking. It’s worth a shot, Elena replies. When Devon comes down, Abby has a big favour to ask of him.

After Summer and Harrison come in with their pinecone collection, Diane whisks him away so that Kyle can deliver bad news – hopes of his Mom coming home soon have been dashed.

Chance thinks it unfair that Sharon and Rey only got to enjoy one Christmas together. The kids have been a comfort; Sharon’s kep busy and is proud that she can carry on the way Rey would want her to. Struggling with his new family dynamic, Chance asks if Sharon has any advice. No advice today – just listening.

Over wine and the lunch they created together, Tucker thinks it a small example of what they could accomplish together. He’s made a business plan that could make Ashley’s dreams come true. They then debate whether she knows him. Better than anyone ever has, he assures.

Nate and Elena now at Devon’s, the ladies carry the conversation. Abby talks about Dom’s first visit with Santa leads Devon to share a story about Dru and Olivia having to wear the same dresses for Santa photos. They hated it. Nate heard that story too. Those pictures became their most treasured memories though. Elena and Abby look pleased with themselves.

On the front step, Ashley admits that she’s flattered by Tucker’s attempt to lure her away from Jabot but no, he shouldn’t be encouraged by that. Tucker’s dream is to work side by side with Ashley. Ashley responds then back out of his kiss. Merry Christmas, she goes inside smiling. Yes, Jack saw what just happened – you just keep making one mistake after another. Oh Jackie, can you just trust me for once? Ashley replies.

Back at the cabin, Kyle, Summer and Diane discuss Jeremy. If hiding hasn’t tricked him Diane has another idea on how to handle him.
