From what Nate understands, Audra’s work at CW is done; she was about to leave town. Vikki finds the idea intriguing and would like to meet with Audra too. As luck would have it she’ll be here shortly.

Back at the penthouse, Devon tells Abby that Audra’s last dig kept him up all night. She pointed out that he missed all the signs about her, Nate AND Tucker. Devon feels that his biggest mistake was going against his instincts to follow other people’s agenda. He’s going to set things straight right now (by calling Jill to demand a meeting – today)

Kyle reluctantly leaves Phyllis to question Summer about her taking Harrison to Paris – let me go with you. Crash our Mother-son trip? Summer questions her Mom’s change of heart.

At Jabot, Tucker admits that he did come to town for Jabot but that’s old news – he only wanted Ashley to have full control. Did she tell you that I offered her a path to owning her own company? Jack’s expression reads ‘no’.

Jack thinks Tucker’s deluded. Tucker thinks Ashley deserves better than to be relegated to the lab. You’re not welcome here (Ashley watches)

Phyllis believes Summer feels caught between Kyle and Diane. Summer knows what’s changed – you talked to Daniel. Denying it, Phyllis says no, don’t call Daniel.

Vikki’s surprised that Audra didn’t want to stay on at CW until the IP went through. Audra can’t talk about her clients but assures that her job there is done. She impresses both Vikki and Nate by wanting to jump right in.

Yes, Jill heard about Audra (Lily called her last night) She takes responsibility – I brought Audra in – we need to put the IPO on hold again. Devon doesn’t want to talk about the IPO. The partnership’s been a disaster – he wants to buy Hamilton-Winters back.

Diane barges into Jack’s office to update that she met Jeremy – and he gave her a deadline – tomorrow.

Ashley’s at Society to have a chat with Abby. Devon already told her that she was with Tucker. Ashley feels stupid. Yes, Tucker got to her a bit. His offer of a new company was tempting. Her heart gave him the benefit of the doubt (pouty face)

Devon thinks Nate was right – he wants to preserve Neil’s legacy. I have the money to buy Hamilton-Winters back. Lily doesn’t know. If you stand in the way, he’ll go public with his opposition to the IPO.

Nate and Vikki continue to be impressed by Audra’s questions and knowledge of Newman Media. Thanks for coming in. She likes the company and its leadership style. She’s willing to come onboard if they’ll have her.

Diane’s not an experienced thief – should we ask Nikki for her help? No, but Jack has another idea.

Phyllis explains that Daniel made her see that she was putting Summer in a bad position; making her choose between her husband and Mother. I’m so sorry. Now, let’s go to Paris. Summer will discuss it with Kyle.

Ashley tells Summer that she found Jabot’s financial data stashed in Tucker’s desk. She could use some distance between her, Diane and Jack so wants to leave GC for a bit.

Jill’s furious with Devon for threatening her. This is all so out of the blue. Devon disagrees. Let’s end things peacefully and quickly. Jill pleads with him to take some time. Time won’t fix this – Devon sees no other choice.

Vikki admires Audra’s moxey; I like your style. Needing to get to another meeting, she leaves the decision to Nate. That could have gone the other way, he scolds. But, yes – we’re doing this, he shakes Audra’s hand.

Jack tells Diane that Victor and Nikki own a pied a tere in Chicago – he knows the alarm system and safe codes – and that Nikki keeps some jewelry there. But it’s best he goes to get it; then she can give it to Jeremy. No! Diane objects. The deadline’s looming, but Jack persists.
