You think my priority is protecting my ego, Tucker knows – but life without Ashley, his son and grandson would be empty, Tucker’s frustrated – I told you I was selling my company for YOU. I’m parting with the legacy I built from the ground up – how can me coming to you like this not mean anything?? Maybe Ashley’s just making him squirm – as he’s done to her so many times.

When Nick joins them, Chloe expresses how much they appreciate him getting Jill to give them another shot. Ordering Sally to focus on the positive, she leaves Nick knowing Sally’s anxious for the results to come in. Adam watches them.

Lily reminds Daniel that this project isn’t just for Lucy and Heather, and that there’s a path to forgiveness with his daughter. Daniel embraces that and will keep his promise to be a more involved father – but zoom chats aren’t the same as seeing her every day. And with Heather moving on with someone else, Daniel’s not sure he can continue his project.

Abby comes down to report that Dom’s still asleep. So, this is really happening. In the hallway, Chris runs into Nate. Correctly assuming that she was visiting Devon, he wonders if it was social or professional. She ducks the question. Professional he decides – and mentions the tension between his cousins. Have a nice day, Chris escapes onto the elevator.

Lily points out how far Daniel’s come and how far he can go – think how many people you can help navigate crisis in their life. Don’t give up, for Lucy’s sake. Daniel just needs some time to process everything. Take all the time you need, Lily’s always available to listen if needed.

When Adam comes over, Nick and Sally are suddenly ready to leave Society. We were just leaving, they stand. Adam’s sure they’ll cross paths again soon enough. Take care Sally, she looks over her shoulder at him.

Also at Society, Chris is happy to run into Lily. Hearing that Devon’s hired her, Lily had hoped he’d change his mind. He said the same of you and Jill, Chris will be serving Lily soon and she’s not thrilled about that.

Vikki has financing in place; it’s time to make our move. She takes a call – what? As of when? are you sure? You’re not gonna believe this. We won’t have a chance to move on Tucker’s company – someone beat us to the punch, she updates Victor.

Find out – get to the bottom of it – I want answers now, Tucker ends his call to tell Ashley that someone already bought his debt. He hates being caught off-guard. Who else would know about this debt and be able to move this quickly? Sharks smell blood in the water, Ashley’s cryptic. Tucker prides himself on being a step ahead. Ash knows he hates not being in control. Who knows what this new player’s after, at least Tucker knew what he was getting with Vikki and victor.

Abby wishes Devon didn’t need a lawyer. He does too – but if Neil was here he’d back me up on this. Abby worries about his relationship with his sister. If you get your company back will you be content? Neil will still be gone. Devon’s looking at his family right now – the other part is upstairs asleep.

At Society, Lily’s on the phone with Amanda – please consider coming back to protect the company, she implores.!

Nick and Sally are now at CL’s (they left because Adam was eyeballing them) OMG, Sally suddenly yelps as she looks at her phone – the paternity test results are in

The only person Vikki could think of, who’d have the capital, is Devon. Victor thinks it’s someone else – but is stumped as to who that might be.

Ashley finally puts Tucker out of his misery (or add to it) by announcing that she bought Tucker’s debt – I own you. I won’t make it easy for you.
