A concerned Elena now seated, Audra gives her more to worry about before saying that she should be proud of her boyfriend, he’ll be moving up within Newman very soon.

Tucker’s only interest is a fresh start with Devon and Ashley. What if we both turn our backs on you? Tucker will continue his quest to be a better person. Do you plan to turn your back on me if I can’t convince Devon?? he asks.

Lily knows her Dad would be proud of her for forging her own path (hinting that Devon’s just copying Neil) Devon thinks Lily ridiculous. How can you turn your back on Neil’s legacy? You have your biological Father here, she points out. So, do you – Malcolm, Devon fires back. This is all I have left! Honour the contract you signed! Abby watches as Lily calls Devon a hypocrite (all this talk about family while suing his sister)

You feel alone because who the hell would want to be around you when you’re like this? Devon reasons. When Abby comes out to ask them to keep it down, Lily apologizes. Hustling Devon out to get diapers, Abby briefly meets Daniel’s eyes as they hurry past him. Seeing Lily sitting alone inside, Daniel wastes no time joining her.

Tucker hangs back as Audra makes a few more comments before hoping she didn’t upset Elena. This was fun – we should to it again soon. I’m pretty busy, Elena says over her shoulder as she exits. Tucker then joins Audra to exchange information. Are you going to offer Devon McCall Unlimited? I already have, he replies.

Both hoping for a long-lasting partnership, Vikki and Nate pledge transparency. In the spirit of full disclosure, Nate admires the powerful and beautiful Vikki but he’s in love with Elena.

I respect that, Vikki says as Audra returns to inform that Tucker’s selling his company to Devon. Adding that Ashley bought his debt, Vikki has an idea – Nate should convince Devon that buying McCall would be disastrous.

At the penthouse, Devon gripes about Lily hiring Amanda. She thinks it’ll rattle me in court. They’ll probably have a hologram of Neil in the courtroom, he quips. Abby wonders if Devon’s real concern is coming face to face with Amanda again.

Back at Society, Lily shares her woes with Daniel – this merger was supposed to bring the family together. Nate’s gone and Devon wants nothing to do with me. I have to fight to save CW because it’s all I have left, she repeats (the twins have their own lives)

Listing everyone she’s lost, Lily appreciates Daniel. Agreeing things will get really ugly, he wonders if going to court is worth the agony.

Abby’s glad that things between her and Chance are better, it’ll be harder for Devon to see Amanda (in court) He believes that Lily wants to make this a painful process for him financially, professionally and personally. Abby thinks he should rethink the lawsuit and Tucker’s offer.

Ashley’s frustrated to hear that Tucker hasn’t gotten Devon to sign on the dotted line. Not yet, he wants Devon to believe that this’ll be the solution to all his problems. Call me when you get it done, Ashley orders.

You want me to sabotage Devon’s purchase of McCall Unlimited? Nate balks. Yes, Vikki assumes he’ll accept the mission. I’m not on good terms with him and it wouldn’t feel right. Personally, Nate would like to see it work out for Tucker and Devon (for the sake of the family) Professionally, it’s not in our best interest, Vikki says before marching out. Looks like you don’t have much of a choice, Audra chirps with a smile.
