Though Sally understands Billy’s concerns about Adam, she’d never imply that Ruby’s a replacement for Eva. Chelsea shares Billy’s concerns, Adam confides that he asked Chelsea about having a baby; she ‘shut it down’.
At the club, Nate and Stephanie come downstairs. If you liked that ‘bon voyage’ wait until you get a taste of my ‘welcome home’, Nate’s kissing her in front of the revolving door when Audra spots them.
After Stephanie leaves, Audra makes her way to the revolving door. I’m happy for you, she tells Nate. You’re a good man; you deserve this.
Did Chelsea say ‘no kids ever’? Sally asks. That’s the way Adam took it. Sally’s sorry for the pain this has caused Adam but maybe Chelsea’s right about you wanting to have a baby to heal a wound. Hearing Ruby cry, Adam all but begs Sally to let him stay. I’ll go get her, Sally reluctantly agrees.
Nikki and Vibrante have nothing to worry about from me – tell Billy to enjoy his new family. After Jack leaves, Diane asks Kyle why he’s defending a company owned by the Newmans. Kyle won’t let them leave rent-free in his head. If you do this, it’ll piss Dad off. You’re not going to tell him, are you? Diane seems worried. No – but Kyle does wish she’d drop this.
Kyle calls ‘Natasha’ to update that Billy’s suspicions aren’t about ‘the two of us’ – he thinks I’m spying on you to sabotage Vibrante. We’re in the clear – if you want to be.
It’s weird for Audra to see Nate with Holden’s Mom, but you seem happy. He is. You look good. I know, I always do, Audra quips. Take care of yourself, Nate leaves her looking sad.
Victoria’s glad Billy’s not on to them but we might not dodge the bullet next time. Did you say next time? Next thing you know they’re making out in Kyle’s apartment.
I knew you’d be a natural Mom, Adam tells Sally as she cradles Ruby. Coming home, Billy is NOT happy to find Adam in his living room.
Next Week: Why are you so desperate to book the lounge for Valentine’s Day? Phyllis asks Diane. Because I want it, Nikki arrives at the club to answer….. Are you going to meetings and working the steps? Sharon asks. Honestly, Nick’s struggling and has a favour to ask …. Opening his front door, Jack doubts Victor was ‘in the neighbourhood’. No – he’s there to talk about Billy …. I’m so scared, Abby pants. It’s OK, Devon reassures – I’m right here; we’ll get through this.
