Back at the club, Senator Moxley makes it clear to Jack that Victor has nothing on him – and Judge Moxley will be completely objective.

The Judge isn’t there to tell Adam to drop the appeal – it’s his right. We must give the appearance of propriety – even though there’s nothing proper here. Let’s speak freely. Your powerful Father is accustomed to getting what he wants. He wants his son to go free. If not, Victor will ruin my life and career. What would you do in my place?

Don’t say anything to Abby. She loves you and you love her!!! Promise me you’ll forget everything that was said! If you tell her, I’ll say there was no oxygen in the room. But Ben also told Ashley he loved her here in this hospital too. Abby deserves to know. Abby deserves to be happy, Ashley barks – don’t screw this up!

Arriving with a gift, Jack updates Phyllis that Victor must have a different ace up his sleeve. Chelsea chimes in – he likely stacked the whole deck. Katie in his arms, Billy asks that they all get along. Vikki again asks Victor to accept the Abbott’s offer. Raising his glass to make a toast, Victor then announces that in the name of the adorable Katie, he’s decided to accept the Abbot’s generous offer. All are stunned.

Adam had no idea his Father was threatening Judge Moxley (who doesn’t believe that for a second) Poor Mike is busy filing appeals while you and your Father both know you won’t see the inside of a cell. All because of one mistake Judge Moxley made. Adam has no idea what Victor has over you. I do, Nikki arrives all smug – the Judge was having an affair. Victor told me. Did he also tell you that it was with him? (apparently not)

Next: Ashley addresses Phyllis (with Jack) – I wonder who we should be watching, Victor or you and Billy … I can’t go home, Nick frowns. To your house? Dylan’s puzzled. No, to Sage ….
Chelsea is surprised to find Sage seated on Adam’s bed. Am I interrupting something?

My Thoughts: An honest Senator married for a long time to a respected Judge? Why aren’t the Moxley’s GC’s power couple? Instead, for some reason, the scandalous/criminal Newman family are considered GC’s elite family… A Bollywood wedding? Yeah, the people of India will just love this bunch making a mockery of their culture (at least Vikki can recycle the dress she wore for Halloween) ..Why would Victor and Nikki BOTH have to buy Katie a gift? Nikki does absolutely nothing all day – why leave it til the day of the party? .. Why wouldn’t Ashley be at Katie’s party? She is her Aunt after all. And why would Abby think Ben needs a babysitter? The best part about being in hospital is getting to lounge around in peace and quiet. I’d hardly call Abby and her Mom a ‘stream’ of visitors … Surely Nikki wasn’t going to look down her nose and be all self righteous with Judge Moxley just because she had an affair. Extramarital sex is hardly a foreign concept to Nikki. Who cares if it’s with Victor? As long as the Moxley’s don’t have a kid with a mustache, it’s hardly exciting .. Victor wouldn’t miss his granddaughter’s birthday for anything – yet I distinctly remember Vikki whining about Victor not showing up to her birthday parties and instead overcompensating with lavish gifts – like a pony … Today’s show is brought to you by HERSHEY’S. I said HERSHEY’S!! Usually hiding labels or creative fake brands, today’s product placement was obnoxious – like being hit in the head with a giant Hershey bar. Johnny was looking at his chocolate bar like Rob Ford looks at a piece of crack. He looked even more demonic with chocolate smeared all over his face.
