Vikki updates Billy that orders are down at all the major chains including Fenmore’s. Jabot’s ahead thanks to their new Go app. OK, then we double down on R&D, Billy suggests. We need something NOW, Vikki wonders what Billy’s up to on his laptop and isn’t concerned to hear that it’s risky.

Billy admits he’s been working on something that’s not exactly on the up and up. Vikki’s OK with that – she doesn’t want to punch back, she wants a knock out blow. Billy confides that he has Dina’s password but will need a Jabot issued laptop to get on (like the one Phyllis brings home every night)

Back in Jack’s office, Phyllis is updated that Lauren’s on her way over. Jack has an idea and needs back up. When Phyllis isn’t eager, Jack reminds that Vikki’s after her man – she’s pulling out all the stops. If you don’t believe that, don’t come crying to me when you lose Billy. Lauren arrives – all ears to Jack’s proposition.

Jordan drops by the penthouse to listen to Chelsea vent. He’s surprised Faith wasn’t told that Victor kicked Nick off the ranch. He doesn’t want to put her in the middle, Chelsea agrees – and doesn’t regret asking Nick to move in. We’ll adjust and be a family, she’s sure.

Faith runs into the ranch to hug Sharon and Victor (who then gets a gift as Nick rolls his eyes) Yes, she missed playing chess with her Granddad, and the horses. As they go to see the horses, Sharon asks Nick to let them go – don’t make Faith choose between you and her Grandfather.

Chelsea likes feeling part of a family. Jordan didn’t think either of them would be family material but has enjoyed time with Lily and the kids. He’s become close to Lily but worries what she’ll think of his past. Chelsea knows that the present matters more and let’s it slip that she’s not very confident about her new family.

Dina hopes that Ashley being mad at her won’t affect things with Ravi. Assured it won’t, she thanks him and leaves.

Jack lays out his presentation for Lauren; he’s merging Parker’s skin care with Jabot’s and wants them to have priority shelf space at Fenmore’s; Brash n Sassy’s shelf space. It’s one of our best sellers, Lauren balks. When Phyllis backs his idea, Jack laughs off Lauren’s suspicion that this has to do with Billy. Asked to excuse them, Phyllis leaves Lauren to scoff at Jack’s idea – she won’t screw over BnS.

Vikki will leave the decision up to Billy but yes, every battle counts. Knowing Jack’s out for blood, Billy agrees to access Phyllis’ computer (which Vikki’s very grateful for ~hug~)

Outside Jack’s office, Ashley declines Ravi’s invitation to join her for ‘some air’. He is her top confidante but some things Ashley needs to work out on her own. Ravi’s again left to look like a kicked puppy.

In the stables, Faith thanks Victor for coming up to the camp to give her a heads up. Things aren’t going well at Chelsea’s; she tries too hard, it’s fake. She’s a good person, Victor then wonders how things are with Dad – go apologize to him; respect him. Faith smiles weakly.

In the main house, Nick relays Faith’s words that he’s ruining her life. Sharon thinks they need to really listen to Faith; not overwhelm her (which is why she’s not telling her about Scott) Maybe Faith should stay with me, Sharon suggests. Nick can’t reward her bad behavior but will think about changing their schedule. Sharon knows Nick can do this.
