Anna started looking for her Father a year ago. With Mom’s help, she found Jet (who never knew he had a daughter) Jet calls Anna his angel – and she clearly loves him too. Devon’s puzzled as to why Anna never told him. She doesn’t want to get into it here and scolds Devon for barging in; she didn’t tell him because they don’t want handouts. But what if Devon wants to help – he has the means. As Jet coughs, the nurse thinks it time Devon and Anna leave.

Mariah and Tessa are on the CL’s patio – with a tape gun and a big stack of flyers to post around town. Tessa might even write a protest song (and amuses Mariah by singing a few bars)

Let’s not think about JT – let’s think about the men who are protecting us. As for Rey, Nikki hopes he really does love Sharon and would do anything to save her. Our fates are in his hands.

Seated in the waiting room, Abby (with Arturo) and Kyle look at Rey (who’s agitated and pacing around) Getting a call from Paul, he declines it.

The door open, Devon explains that he’s just trying to protect his sister. And Helena is just protecting her Uncle. You’re his niece, Devon’s surprised. Apologizing and saying goodbye to her Dad, Anna leaves. Devon lingers – we could have worked it out if we had more time. OK, I’m leaving – for now.

At CL’s, Jack tells Mariah that he’s entertaining Vikki/Billy’s kids for the day (they’re with Kerry in the car) He orders two hot chocolates and is pleased to hear that she’s motivated and creating awareness. That’s just great.

When Nate comes out to report that Lola’s doing well – the transplant was a success, everyone hugs. But when Kyle steps into the hallway to ask about Summer, he’s told that her surgery didn’t go as well as Lola’s.

At Vikki’s, Billy and Nick speak into the bug they found – we staged the crash perfectly. As if reading a script, they then recite a clear itinerary; getting clothes and passports then meeting at the Dark Horse warehouse – then to the private airstrip. Everything else will fall into place.

Nikki, Sharon and Vikki decide to try to see the bright side of their situation; being in a cosy cabin is much better than being in prison. As Vikki gets up from the table, JT hovers outside on the other side of the french door, dressed as a security guard.
