Nick drops by CL’s to compliment Sharon on the decorations. Faith ducked out – grab some tinsel, Nick’s ordered – we have no secrets, spill. It’s about Phyllis, a sore subject, Nick assumes. It’s been a long time, Sharon’s perspective has changed since chemo etc.

Yes, Lola was a nerd but eventually, she made good friends. My Mom drove me crazy when I was your age; my friends made me feel normal and helped me survive high school – just like you will. Lola thinks Faith far too smart not to.

How’s our boy holding up? Lily asks Amanda in TGP lobby. Billy has no idea who’s after him; no one wants to fight an enemy they can’t see, Amanda replies.

Angel placed on the mantel, Abby thanks Nina for their first holiday tradition. We have a little something for you too; a framed photo of Nina with the bride and groom. Accepting Chance’s offer of a drive to the airport, Nina declares it lovely getting to know Abby; her son is in good hands. All three turn to smile at the angel and Kay’s portrait above it.

Back at TGP, Amanda relays that Billy’s sure Alyssa’s up to something. Lily does too – and went to speak to her. As a lawyer, Amanda does some obligatory clucking then, as a friend – how did it go? Lily snuck into her room. She didn’t find much – a photo of Alyssa’s Dad and some gloves. Hang on, here’s a photo of him online, wearing the same gloves.

Thanking Lola and ready to leave, Faith knows Rey will be an incredible stepdad but thinks Lola too cool to be an Aunt. You’re right I am, Lola chuckles.

Downstairs, Nick tells Sharon that he went against his sister to help Phyllis (who seems to resent him buying the hotel) Sharon can see where Phyllis is coming from; accept her for who she is, not who you want her to be.

Abby and Chance have fun unpacking a box of Christmas ornaments and chatting about their future kids. There’s a wrapped gift under the tree for Abby; a big shell from their honeymoon beach.

In the suite, Nick declares Phyllis an independent force of nature – we’ll implement a payment plan and TGP will be all yours. Phyllis loves that he wants to help her – and that they’re a team, but when Nick goes to wash up, her smile fades.

Faith comes back down with a box of cookies from Lola. She really gets me, she tells her Mom.

On further inspection, Lily sees a trophy for marksmanship – they’re shooting gloves – we have to tell Billy. Amanda thinks that might be useful into.

Back to your cell, Rey comes to get Billy.
