Vikki and Ashland dissect their relationship. It may have begun with a lie but he fell in love with Vikki (and knows she loves him too) Of course, I still love you, she says with no joy.

Devon wants to keep the name Chancellor Winters. Billy will work on a press release. When Nate suggests a big party to make a bold statement, Devon doesn’t think Neil would do it that way (and seems annoyed that Nate’s suddenly a pushy exec who knows best what Neil would want)
When Chance drops by Sharon’s, Adam offers his condolences on the loss of his partner and leaves. Chance sounds ominous about Rey’s autopsy results. You should hear the truth about what happened that night from me. Sharon looks terrified.
Lily (and everyone else) likes the idea of a splashy media push. Devon wants his sister to be front and center; he’s more used to being on the sidelines. Like it or not, we’re gonna be the face of this company, Lily insists. Devon continues to look uneasy.
Chance tells Sharon that Rey had a heart attack behind the wheel. It was so fast he probably didn’t feel a thing. In tears, Sharon admits that she secretly blamed Vikki and Ashland.
Ashland asks about the portrait he gave Vikki. She destroyed it. He continues to weaken her resolve; knowing she wants to be with him. He’ll do whatever it takes to get back to that moment. Vikki’s left alone, ready to come apart at the seams.
