My son up and quit?! an infuriated Jill sure WILL talk to Billy. He’s leaving you down two COO’s. Lily takes off her CEO hat to tell Jill that he’s not passionate about his work here. Jill’s ashamed of her son – what will he do with his time now?

Running into Dr Malone in the hallway, Billy asks what he should say to Chelsea – he’s so glad she didn’t die that night. Tell her that, Dr Malone advises.

Amanda isn’t done with Nate – this feud between him and Devon breaks her heart – is there some way I can bridge the gap between you?

When Louise arrives at Society, Chance asks if she knows where Abby is. He doesn’t look happy to hear that she took Dom to see Devon.

Dom obviously a sound sleeper, Abby and Devon make out all over the living room – against the wall, on the stairs, the floor.

Look, Nate knows he made a mistake – but it grew out of Devon blocking him from doing the job he was hired to do. His attempts to talk to Devon have hit an impasse. He won’t even entertain the notion that his memory of working with Neil is something Nate can’t live up to. He doubts it’s possible to make amends.

Chelsea bets Billy’s sorry he ran into her up on the roof. He didn’t run into her – he went looking for her and is glad he did. I’m glad you didn’t die. There are so many people who love you, like Connor (who seemed fine earlier at CL’s with Adam)

If Billy made a mistake in coming to work at CW, he did it for me and you, Lily pleads his case. Jill loves her son but what irks her the most is that he let Lily down. You deserve better.

Lily appreciates Jill’s concerns but doesn’t have the time or energy to fix Billy’s flaws. Are you willing to wait around until he finds what he’s searching for? Lily loves Billy and CW – she’s confident everything will work out the way it should.

Abby and Devon are naked beneath a blanket on the sofa. Yes, she’s OK – she feels seen and cared for. Devon kisses her temple as she snuggles in.

Though Nate doesn’t think Amanda talking to Devon will help, he appreciates it. Chance gets off the elevator and Nate gets on. He’s there because he heard Abby brought Devon for a visit. Amanda was just about to go inside – come on, let’s surprise them.

On his first day of work at Newman, Nate couldn’t be more pleased that his new boss (unlike his old boss) is happy to hear what he has to say. Vikki’s door seems to be always open to her employees (though we know it’s only for those that share her last name)

Still on the sofa, Devon and Abby pop up when hearing Amanda and Chance walk in. Horrified silence + Guilty as hell silence = AWKWARD!
