Mariah appreciates Abby’s help but wonders why she agreed to be a bridesmaid. Abby cleared the air with Sharon but is really doing it for Nick (don’t tell Sharon) Seeing Lily and Devon being torn apart, she values her brother even more. Wait – do you think Vikki resents me going to work for Nick? No, Mariah doesn’t think Abby should try to fix things – leave it to Nikki.

In her office, a frustrated Vikki’s searching her desk for a lost file. Please – leave me the hell alone! she rejects Nikki’s offer to help (and is clearly still pissed that she tried to ‘help’ by talking to Nate)

Mariah stops by Kyle’s table on the rooftop to ask if he’s seen Summer (who he’s always ‘working’ with and seems determined to win back) She went on vacation without her cell phone? Mariah admits that she’s pleased to have a distraction from worrying about Tessa. Kyle again suggests his PI. What if Tessa doesn’t want to be found – Sharon thinks she doesn’t want to be with me. Kyle reminds that Tessa came back specifically to tell Mariah that they belong together. Still worried, Mariah jokes about putting together a ‘dumped’ mixtape. Kyle’s supportive – don’t give up on Tessa.

Having no time or energy for a lecture on conspiring with Ashley, Jack will leave Billy and Phyllis to settle in. Give me a minute – putting aside the whole conspiring against me thing, he’s very sorry about Dina (as is Phyllis) Both note her decline. Jack hadn’t realized it was that bad. Each day that passes is a day closer to losing her – forever. Declining Phyllis’ offer of iced tea, Jack has to get outta here.

Still at CL’s, Abby updates her Mom on the party she’s planning and who she’s planning it with. Vikki (a nervous wreck) left after 10 minutes and Summer was a no-show. Ashley thinks something’s going on with Summer – Billy and Phyllis moved into ‘our’ house today. He’s on a rampage and Ashley’s cleaning up his messes like he’s a 5-year-old. Abby will keep her ears open at home for anything that might help her Mom (who gets a text from Jack summoning her to the club – it’s urgent)

Nikki reappears in Vikki’s office to apologize for breaking her confidence by speaking to Nate at JT’s abuse. I was trying to help. How can I make this up to you? Vikki’s dealing with her problems – with a therapist. Nikki doesn’t see any improvement. Vikki trusts her therapist and has to be there right now. Sorry – talk to you later. ‘Bye sweetie’, a worried Nikki utters to no one.

Jack thanks Ashley for coming then listens to her whine about Billy and Phyllis moving in. That aside, Jack’s more concerned that Dina’s declining faster than they realized and wants to resume the search for his biological Father. Your Father was the club’s gold pro, maybe mine was a busboy. Ashley doesn’t think an ancestry test will provide anything – how many times is Jack prepared to face disappointment. As many times as it takes.

Billy sits Phyllis down for a talk – are you really OK with moving in here? There’s a big risk – his name is Jack.

Ashley arrives at Jabot to grumble about Billy’s nerve – barging into the house with his luggage; completely obnoxious. No, she doesn’t feel that’s what Kyle did. He knows the whole story. Ashley wants major work-related info, not personal drama. You’re gonna want to hear this, Kyle’s confident.

Billy’s sorry he barrelled into this decision like an insensitive jerk, without thinking it through. Phyllis admits it’s strange – she lived here when married to Jack. He must have felt ambushed to walk in and find them living here. But no, Phyllis is OK with staying (for now) Just be honest, Billy asks. Yes, honesty – you can count on that. She frowns over Billy’s shoulder as he hugs her.
